John Hiltabiddle, aged fourteen years, was found guilty of rape, which was committed upon the person of a nine-year-old daughter of Henry Simmons of Fourth of July last. Sentence to the Penitentiary can be imposed upon the boy, but he will in all probability be sent to the Reform Farm.
